Beauty From the Broken.

I normally never have to ask questions about products but I seriously don’t understand this. So while in new York one of my foundations I bought was Laura mercier silk creme. And I LOVED LOVED LOVED it. It was great, all the ones I bought I loved. They were the first ones I didn’t have any things I disliked. I kept all mine clean and always have the lids on. I went to use it today and it was orange before I even put it on my face. Not a shade darker. Orange. Im sick obvious and I thought maybe I just have less color so I took my makeup forever matte velvet, which I bought at the same time and they were a completely identical , and did the other half of my face. And it was the perfect shade yet this was so orange. I know very well about oxidizing but it didn’t even go on my face before it did it. And the exact shade I used in the store has been exposed to oxygen much much more than mine! I’m taking it back (usually I don’t but it’s completely unusable on anybody except snooki) but I wnt to know if Im missing anything first because it WAS amazing!
Any ideas?

As a beauty blogger, I will accept gifts from companies (or individuals) for the purpose of reviewing or just as a nice gesture. In fact, I have some companies that gifted me things that you all will be seeing soon. BUT if you expect me to lie and say how perfect every product is if I dont feel that way then I can’t accept gifts from you for reviewing purposes (I would accept it still as a nice gesture if you wanted).
When I receive things I most likely won’t review every product all the time. This is because if I don’t like something just because it doesn’t fit my needs, not because there is something wrong with the product, I don’t feel the need to bash on your products. I do not want my blog to be negative all the time, so unless I feel people need to know about a bad product I won’t post it.
If you offer to send me products as a nice gesture I will ask every time if I can review products honestly if I like them. If you say no, I will respect that.
Any post I do on gifted products will state clearly that I was gifted the products but I am not being paid to say how wonderful it is and my reviews will still be honest. This is for the sake of my followers being able to trust me and being completely honest to them as it doesn’t benefit me to lie.

Lastly, if you do gift me things I would be incredibly thankful and honored. Thank you so much!

I am in the airport getting ready to fly out from new York! In the next few days I will be posting pictures from IMATS, makeup hauls, and things I was gifted from some amazing companies! I’m corynna! This is my makeup and slight fashion blog. I’m an aspiring makeup artist. And as you can see in my blog name, my body is broken. I have a diease called mitochondrial diease. It is terminal and I have a bad prognosis. As you will see in pictures, I’m on oxygen, and in a wheelchair and many other things. I’m going to IMATS for my make a wish trip tomorrow, so I will be posting pictures related to that this week! After that I will be posting reviews, favorites, tutorials, FOTD’s, OOTD’s, and whatever else you guys ask for! So send requests into my ask and I’ll start doing them next week!
